Started my new job: Head of Internet and Social Media at Roche

So Gabriel and I and our two dogs, Mia and Luna, made the big move to Basel, Switzerland.

After a promotion at work, I’m now Head of Internet and Social Media at Roche, Genentech’s parent company.

If you want to know more about what I’ll be doing, please check out my LinkedIn profile. Lots of work to do, but I’m looking forward to learning, growing and putting my stamp on the job. And my new team has been really welcoming — even taking me out in my first week to teach me the finer points of eating Bündnerfleisch, a Swiss specialty.

I’m grateful to my Genentech family for your support and for giving me such a great send-off. I miss you, but I know I’ll see many of you when work brings you to Basel or when I have to visit South San Francisco for my new job.
